RMCHCS is the largest hospital in the Gallup area of New Mexico, but was experiencing declining market share as many people were seeking to come to Albuquerque for perceived better care. RMCHCS asked Griffin & Associates to create and implement an educational branding campaign.
To educate the population on the many services and benefits we rebranded the organization with an updated look and feel. We developed a completely new website, along with specialty collateral, new radio spots, billboard and print ads and monthly electronic and print newsletters. We also launched an aggressive public relations campaign.
