Project Description

With most banking institutions implementing fees for use of their debit cards Rio Grande Credit Union had two basic objectives; increase new members and promote their new four of services: checking, online bill pay, e-statements and a “no-fee” debit card.

Griffin produced (in English and Spanish) a campy, yet industry specific message entitled: “No Drama.” New and traditional mediums were used to promote the campaign.

Rio Grande Credit Union was able grow and diversify their customer base while adding new members with higher credit scores.
